- Chromium electroplating and chromium anodizing tanks at facilities that perform hard chromium electroplating, decorative chromium electroplating, or chromium anodizing.
Not subject to this subpart:
- Process tanks in which neither chromium electroplating nor chromium anodizing is taking place;
- Research and laboratory operations.
