You are subject to this subpart if you own or operate a lime manufacturing plant (LMP) that is a major source, or that is located at , or is part of , a major source of HAP, unless the LMP is located at a kraft pulp mill, soda pulp mill, sulfite pulp mill, beet sugar manufacturing plant, or only processes sludge containing calcium carbonate from water softening processes. |
