Primary Copper Smelting - Area Sources -  Subpart EEEEEE

Applicability: eCFR Subpart EEEEEE [ecfr.gov]

Applies to area sources* of HAP that produce copper from copper sulfide ore concentrates through the use of pyrometallurgical techniques.

*An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAPs.
