Boat Manufacturing -  Subpart VVVV

Applicability: eCFR Subpart VVVV []

Applies to major sources of HAP for boat manufacturing that use resin and gel coat operations, carpet and fabric adhesive operations, or aluminum recreational boat surface coating operations. Manufacturers of all fiberglass or recreational aluminum boat hulls or decks, assembles from manufactured hulls or decks, or makes molds for hulls or decks. If a facility manufacturers only parts of boats (lockers, hatches, seats) or boat trailers they are not subject. A boat is any vessel, other than a seaplane, that can be used for transportation on the water.
