VOC Emissions from the Polymer Manufacturing Industry -  Subpart DDD

Applicability: eCFR Subpart DDD [ecfr.gov]

This subpart applies to:
  1. Affected facilities involved in the manufacture of polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, or polyethylene terephthalate that commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after Sep 30, 1987.
Some polypropylene and polyethylene affected facilities have a later applicability date of January 10, 1989. These applicability dates are determined by polymer, production process, process section and whether the emissions are continuous or intermittent. Please see ยง60.560(b)(1)(i) and (ii) for full details.
