eCFR Subpart GG  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Stationary gas turbines that meet both of the following conditions:
- Heat input at peak load of ≥ 10.7 gigajoules (10 MMBtu) per hour, based on the lower heating value of the fuel;
- Commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after Oct 3, 1977.
Stationary gas turbines which commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after February 18, 2005 are subject to NSPS KKKK. |
