eCFR Subpart XXX  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills that commence construction, modification, or reconstruction on or after July 17, 2014.
Physical or operational changes made to an existing MSW landfill solely to comply with NSPS Cf are not considered construction, modifications, or reconstruction.
Activities required by or conducted pursuant to a CERCLA, RCRA, or State remedial action are not considered construction, modifications, or reconstruction. |
