eCFR Subpart NN  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Affected facilities in phosphate rock plants with a maximum production capacity greater than 4 tons/hour (3.6 megagrams/hour) that commenced construction, modification, or reconstruction after Sep 21, 1979.
Affected facilities:
- Dryers;
- Calciners;
- Grinders;
- Ground rock handling and storage.
Not subject to this subpart:
- Facilities producing or preparing phosphate rock solely for consumption in elemental phosphorus production.
