eCFR Subpart G  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Nitric acid production units that commence construction or modification after Aug 17, 1971.
Units that commence construction or modification after October 14, 2011 are subject to NSPS Ga.
"Nitric acid production unit" means any facility producing weak nitric acid (30 to 70% strength) by either the pressure or atmospheric pressure process. |
