Draft 2022 Integrated Report Available Online for Public Comment
April 18, 2023 – The Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy’s draft 2022 Water Quality Integrated Report is now available for public review and comment.
The public notice is provided by the Department as a means for public participation in the completion of the Integrated Report and is hereby soliciting review and comments. All comments received through the close of business May 17, 2023, will be considered and addressed in the final report. Upon completion, NDEE will submit the 2022 Water Quality Integrated Report to EPA Region 7 for review and consideration for approval as required by the Clean Water Act.
The draft Integrated Report, methodology and a copy of this public notice are provided below.
