Dixon County meets the state Total Reduced Sulfur (TRS) standards and no significant impact on these standards is expected from this project. No impact is anticipated on habitat for any rare or threatened species.

The Department proposes to issue a construction permit with specific conditions, based on Title 129, which permits the construction of two (2) anaerobic digesters, a biogas upgrade process, three (3) boilers, a flare, and an emergency engine. The biogas produced will have an H2S content limit and monitoring requirements.

The proposed permit and supporting materials are available Tuesday, January 31, 2023 through Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the NDEE, 245 Fallbrook Blvd Suite 100, Lincoln, Nebraska, and electronically at http://dee.ne.gov.
