EQC to Meet June 13 in Lincoln; Hearings on Title 129, Title 131 and 2018 Intended Use Plan
The Environmental Quality Council, will hold its next meeting June 13, 2017 at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln. The meeting begins at 10 a.m., and hearings will be conducted on:
- Proposed amendments to Title 131 - Rules and Regulations for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities Drinking Water Construction Assistance Fund
- The 2018 Intended Use Plan and Priority Lists for determining loan recipients under the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
- Proposed amendments to Title 129 – Nebraska Air Quality Regulations
