Introduction

This air dispersion modeling guidance is intended to aid air quality construction permit applicants with both major source Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and minor source modeling demonstrations. The guidance is not intended to present a detailed outline of modeling procedures. It is intended for those who are already familiar with air dispersion modeling and provides a general overview of what is needed for a National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and PSD increment compliance demonstration in the State of Nebraska.
