Form #: 08-004 Applications and Forms Revised: 6/20/23

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for gasoline distribution bulk terminals on January 10, 2008 (73 Federal Register 1916) located in 40 Code of Regulations (CFR) Part 63 Subpart BBBBBB. This rule will require all sources meeting the applicability requirements within this category to meet hazardous air pollutant emission standards reflecting the application of the generally available control technology (GACT).

Subpart BBBBBB affects bulk gasoline terminals, pipeline breakout stations, pipeline pumping stations, and bulk gasoline plants that are area sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP). An area source of HAP has the potential to emit <10 tons per year (tpy) of a single HAP or <25 tpy of a combination of HAP.

Bulk gasoline terminals or a pipeline breakout stations subject to the control requirements of 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart R – NESHAP for Gasoline Distribution (Stage I) are not subject to this rule. Above are the initial notification and compliance status notification forms, in Word and PDF.
