Title 123 - NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
Chapter 12 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
001 If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of these regulations shall be held invalid, it shall be conclusively presumed that the Environmental Quality Council would have enacted the remainder of these regulations not directly related to such clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
002 Permits issued under these regulations are exempt from financial responsibility requirements contemplated in Neb. Rev. Stat. §81-1502(21)(a).
003 Availability of information; confidentiality of information.
003.01 Any information provided to the Department under this Title will be made available to the public to the extent and in the manner authorized by Title 115, Rules of Practice and Procedures, Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality.
003.02 Any person who submits information to the Department in accordance with this Title may assert a claim of business confidentiality covering part or all of that information in accordance with Title 115, Rules of Practice and Procedures, Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality.
