Chapter 8 - RECIPROCITY
001 Certificates of an equivalent class may be issued, without examination, to any operator applying for certification who holds a valid certificate from another recognized wastewater operator certification program having requirements for certification which the director considers similar to the standards established in these regulations.
001.01 Restricted or provisional certification may be issued if requirements for the operator's current certification are in conflict or lower than the classes set forth in these regulations as described in Chapter 4.
001.02 Application shall be made to the director as described in Chapter 5. The application fee in Appendix C must accompany the application.
001.03 Certification by reciprocity shall not be available for a person whose certification has been denied revoked or suspended.
