Nonpoint Source Priorities

The following attachments provide some of the Nonpoint Source Priorities that are defined in DEQ’s annual “Invitation for Nonpoint Source Management Project Proposals Funding Under Section 319 of the Federal Clean Water Act.” This is followed by a PDF of the 2007 invitation, which was issued by NDEQ on August 13, 2007.
