| Funding Information | Applicant must provide a 40% nonfederal cash or in-kind match. Maximum award is generally limited to $75,000. Proposals are received and reviewed quarterly. Applications are individually invited pending technical review of proposal, site evaluation and availability of funds. (Funding is generally coordinated with funds from the Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund. Total Section 319 and NETF funds may not exceed $300,000.) |
| Special Criteria | Projects are limited to two years. Water body must be under 20 acres and lie within or immediately adjacent to community jurisdictional boundary and provide a high value resource for community recreation. Mandated, regulatory and research activities are not eligible. |
