| Funding Information | Applicants must provide a 40% nonfederal cash or in-kind match. Maximum award is generally limited to negotiated amount. Proposals are received and reviewed quarterly. Applications are individually invited pending technical review of proposal, site evaluation and availability of funds. |
| Special Criteria | Projects are limited to 5 years. Projects must implement appropriate sustainable practices in a limited small area to address specific pollutants of concern. Mandated, regulatory and research activities are not eligible. |
