Applicable Rule: 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart UUUUU - National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units - Promulgated 2/16/12 & 4/23/13

Complete this form if you own or operate a coal- or oil-fired electric utility steam generating unit (EGU). An EGU is a fossil fuel-fired combustion unit of more than 25 megawatts electric (MWe) that serves as a generator to produce electricity for sale. Units that cogenerate steam and electricity and supply more than one-third of their potential electric output capacity and more than 25 MWe output to any utility power distribution system for sale are considered EGUs.
