eCFR Subpart NNN  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Affected sources at wool fiberglass manufacturing facilities that are, or are located at, Major Sources of HAPs*.
Affected sources:
- Glass-melting furnaces;
- Rotary spin wool fiberglass manufacturing lines that produce bonded wool fiberglass building insulation;
- Flame attentuation wool fiberglass manufacturing lines that produce bonded pipe or heavy-density products.
*Major Sources of HAPs emit or have the potential to emit:
- ≥ 10 tons/year of any single HAP; or
- ≥ 25 tons/year of total HAPs.
- Area Sources emit less than Major Sources.

Source Classification
- Existing Sources = Commence construction or reconstruction on or before Mar 31, 1997
- New Sources = Commence construction or reconstruction after Mar 31, 1997
Initial Notification
- No later than Oct 12, 1999 or 120 days after startup, whichever is later.
Compliance Dates
- Existing Sources = June 14, 2002
- New Sources = Upon startup.
Notice of Intent to Test
- At least 60 days prior to test
Compliance Status Notification
- No later than 60 days after test
Compliance Reports
- Semiannual
- Must cover reporting periods of Jan 1 - June 30 or July 1 - Dec 31
- Must be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of the reporting period.
