eCFR Subpart HHH  [ecfr.gov]
This subpart applies to:
- Solvent-spun synthetic fiber processes that produce more than 500 Mg (551 tons) of fiber per year, and that commence construction or reconstruction after Nov 23, 1982.
Not subject to this subpart:
- Any facility that commences modification (not reconstruction) after Nov 23, 1982.
- Any facility that uses the reaction spinning process to produce spandex fiber or the viscose process to produce rayon fiber.
